If the chance of getting an STD isn't a good enough reason for you, what about the chance of having a kid? You mentioned condoms, which are fantastic, but they're not 100%. Find me a contraceptive that guarantees to be 100% effective, and I will concede this debate right now.
Back to the original point. The chance of having a kid should be enough to deter anyone from having sex before marriage. I know I'm not ready for kids. People that are married are more ready to take that chance. By making a commitment to each other, they have already started a family, and it has been proven many times that children raised by both parents are in a better position in life than children raised by only one parent.
I know I want the best for my kids, so that's why I'm going to wait until I'm in a committed relationship to even take the chance of bringing a kid into this world.

You could also mention the cost to state taxpayers who have to foot the bill for every teen birth via welfare. You can actually find those stats for SC, I know. I've seen them. They're scary. These kids all have access to condoms, but they evidently don't use them or they aren't working. You can say that it hurts society as well as the individuals.
